Atleast these top officials are there to save India

We all know many politicians are sucking blood out Indian democracy and economy. The democracy in India is NOT a total failure because it has several strong fundamentals in it. There are several public servents who still serve the nation without self interests. Don't simply treat everyone alike. We do have many Mayawatis and Laloos but also Manmohans though they are few. Not every person is after money. Before branding such people as corrupted, think twice.

Regarding nuclear deal, I strongly support it. With recent globalization, and due to growth spurt, we started noticing the need for drastic infrastructure. People living standard has gone up, power consumption levels gone up...Considering the present and future requirement, I think any sensible govt would go for this deal. I don't understand why people link poverty , inflation to this deal. Though all these are govt responsibilities, we can't say NO nuclear deal because of high inflation. Unless we foresee the requirements and react in time, we can't meet infrastructure demands. Those too nuclear power plants will take decades before becoming operational. So this is certainly a good thing done by govt.
