their 123 agreement clearly spells out in black and white that both parties must honor the agreement regardless of whatever happens, including the compulsions of their domestic politics and laws. by contrast, the bush administration has said several times that usa is bound by the hyde act on this nuke deal in the discharge of the american obligations. the gandhis will sell india down the tube.

China is nuclear weapon state while India isnt,its even didnt sign NPT.Anyway India too hav better deal many other aspects compared to 123chinise one.Go,read the article once again before toeing the BJP blindly
