@shekhar since u asked this question none replied !But as u know if u were born before 1971 that can u say that Indo soviet traty had any clause against India ! India made Nuclear exposion in 1974 that is after the treaty ! So as it did not forbid the India from testing its Nuclear arms testing the left which was also supporting the Indiara Gandhi at that time had no objections to the treaty !So now u decide does this NDeal with america allows India to test its Nuclear arms programme !
