The Monsoon will resume after we sign the N-Deal, not otherwise.

Heard of the weather modification techology that was banned for use in warfare after its use in the vietnam war?

On 22 July the No-Confidence motion was finally voted, clearing the way for the N deal and rains resumed immediately.
Interestingly,all efforts made for artificial rains before that seem to have no effect at all.
