Dear Kalam sir... In your tenure of President of India.. the order of hanging Afzal was pending with you.. Why didnt you give a nod for it.. ?

It is up to govt. of india, not the preseident to do. President requested for the opinion of govt. and the govt. didnt reply. Unlike what yoy think, such decisions are taken by the govt. not president.
