Sachin is indeed one of the greatest sportsman the country has produced. It requires a good amount of patience and committment to stay this long in any game. But his greatness would have increased had retired a couple of years back when he was started loosing his spark. He should have passed on the mantle to younger players. All the veterans i.e Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble should retire in the larger interest of the nation. Yuvraj, Raina, Rohit, Goni and many talented youngsters are loosing good amount of their cricketing days due to the older guys.

My dear boy, Cricket is also a proffession. You mean to say a person who has chosen cricket as a profession should retire soon as he is just out of form(I'm not sure) for a couple of Games.
And about Age and retiremen- then Dhoni, Yuvraj will retire in 3-4 years as they will also become older.
