Mr APJ Abdul Kalam became president at the time of BJP.
I think to become a person like APJ Abdul Kalam. You don't require to be a hindu, muslim ,sikh or Christan. Just you need think about your country more than your religion

Dr.APJ ABDUL KALAM was nomited to the president's post by BJP ignoring the resistance from Congress & Allies. They had a majority at that time. Look at the congress what they did for Dr.Kalam's 2nd term ???
