How much the Martian water costs for a litre? well it would include the fuel charges, wages and food charges of scientists,a large lumpsum just to have fun.

First of all there is no liquid water in Mars. Even if there is water it will be poison. it can not be potable. water contents will be there in the mud as water was flowing billions of years back in mars and there was life at that time as on today in the earth. now it is a dead planet. it will not support life in the future. but you can find out microbes there.
