There is ome element of truth in what you say. But I think, when our leaders talk about historic links between India and Persia, they do not mean the links before advent of Islam, as the official historians would tell you, India did not exist before Alexander decided to invade it. Perhaps the leaders mean that Persians have historically been bytchering Indians, and therefore, we share a historical link.
Your anger can be understood, but it puts you in a very poor light. You have exposed yourself as an emotional fool; one of countless such, who contribute towards India being a stupid nation.
It has always been the endeavour of our leaders, to gain recognition as a genuine sympathiser of Islam, and nobody is an exception here. Atal Bihari Vajpai was perhaps the greatest believer in the myth that by bowing to Islam and Islamic country, India could be spared the ordeal of going through the 'historic' masacres once again.
Anyway, people like you are also required. Keep it up.

Singh, history has taught that a country has to devise ways to defend itself. India, for whatever reason has only one example of successful defence in recent history, that of Porus's defeat of Alexander at Hyderpas. If you can't defend yourself ABC or D will invade you. If the Persians did'nt do it someone else would have
