Amazing movie, brilliant work, bravo; this all goes to the Brit, for making this masterpiece which earned him millions and priceless fame. But what are we getting happy for, he sold our poverty to earn him fame.
I don't think it is an eye-opener to us, we all know it's going on in our society. Everybody is saying "there is nothing bad in showing the truth, better do something about it", I ask you, is it the first time you have heard or saw something like that, what did you do about it? I tell you, everyone has problems in their homes but no one goes out in street and make bizarre scene of their story. In the same way, India is our home and we should not encourage flaunting a screwed up image of our home to the whole world. I think one who has stayed outside India and has a little respect and love for our country would understand that easily. I work in Germany and today some of my colleagues started a discussion over this movie, most of them were amazed by the porn of poverty and were feared to visit INDIA. I can't tell you, how ashamed and embarrassed I was!
Any ways Hats off to the Director but all the Indians who worked for the movie, great job, but don't feel proud.
