Save the drops of life

Cutting it short, I would like to see this being made mandatorily implemented :
a) The SPRING loaded push type type types would save a lot of water as compared to the threaded taps. By the time you close the threaded tap completely a lot of water goes waste, especially with the taps with one and a half thread or more. These spring loaded taps can be used in wash basins, sinks, drinking water, toilets, washing hands / feet etc...

b)The mugs being used for bathing etc.. should be of a very small size. the reason being, you need only a small film of water while bathing. If you pour a lot of water. the only useful layer oof water is the one touching your skin. The else goes waste as it drains off without use.Either way a habit can be formed by pouring the water on your body very slowly. The water would slide down your body thus making the use of water more productively.
