arey she is reaching out for something or trying to pass on something to a person who is not in the picture. Look carefully at the left-most side. These kind of pictures are media cretivity where they crop the details and leave it to viewer's imagination.

First of all she is not reaching on to anything. She is leaning on him Second look at the bulge in Akshay's pajama at the right place. Definitely something is cooking if not already boiled. And Akshay kumar is the top khiladi in the industry. From Pooja Batra..shilpa..Raveena...Priyanka he always keeps his hand full. Salman on the other hand has been ditched by Sangeeta bijlani, somi ali, aishwarya.... He looks all brawny but who knows his perfomance may not be good (you know what I mean right?)
