i think in bollywood almost all r over-rated for a simple reason that bollywood is all about glamour exposure & hardly no one has acting skills. For acting skills they have to come down south & learn some basics fm kamal, mohanlal, vikram, etc. Just look at mohanlal he did one cameo in movie Company & took away Film Fare best supporting role. Imagine if all south indian come to north & act in some meaningful movies of bollywood, north indian actors wud be jobless.

My dear friends you all south indian actors once came to bollywood to make their career. They were rejected in whole India so they prefer to stay in their small south indian cinema.
Don't forget Rajni, Kamal, Cheeranjivi, Nagarjuna, everyone acted in hindi movies one or other time and their movie didn't work well. If you name company of mohanlal then you should name Aag also. Compare Sanjeev Kumar's role of Thakur with Mohanlal's in Aag. You will understand......."baap baap hota hai aur beta beta"
Its well know that south indian doesn't like hindi as a languages and your dislike of bollywood movie is just your unsuccessful effort to show south indian language and culture is superior.

MR. gohel
South indian cinema has the greates talents and thy all have been to international film festivals and have been heralded.
A jury member of the toronto film festival comes to india and chooses films to be screened in their festival. Whn he came to india, he did an interview and he stated tht bollywood and south indian films ar miles apart.
While bollywood lives on those good musicals w/love stories, family dramas, lavish sets (fantasy world). He stated south indian cinema as being very real and portraying the real india, in all genres and diffrnt subjects.
South indian language and culture ws never superior and no one stated tht, since its part of india.
We ar talking about bollywood and tht movie is diffrnt. from even rest of india, so if bollywood cannot be successful thn bengali cinema. You should know this, thn how do you expect bollywood to be a success against south indian cinema.
So don't be treated like an idiot from bollywood and stay behind those designer wears and, "cinema is abt entertainmnt and felling good aftr a long days work" crap ideology tht bollywood produces.

Wrong mr. gohel
South indian movie make their movies faster thn hindi movies those days. All bollywood films hav started to remake south indian movies, and even directors got to work in bollywood.
So if the south indian directors presumly from malayalam and tamil cinema got an opportunity to make films ther, thn obviously south indian actors follow the directors and see wht they can do in their movies.
But, bollywood never attempted to recognize south indian actors in those days so don't assume tht these actors left b.c they did not gt recgonize. Whatever chance they got w.hindi directors, they worked in their films, now if hindi directors always think of rishi kapoor, big b, and other kapoors and khans instead of south indian directors, its only their ignorance tht lead the south indian actors to walk away.
Anyways, see south indian actors tht acted in hindi cinema i.e kamal hassan, rajinikanth, mohanlal in their own films and you'll see tht their films in the south ar much better thn hindi films, and thts why the prefer to work w/talented directors in the south.
Especially kamal hassan and mohanlal. Both of them got national awards for their acting, and their films in malayalam and tamil got the most national awards thn all the kapoors, bachans, kumars, and khans.
Mohanlal in aag ws ram gopal varma's fault, you can't hate mohanlal b.c the public hated ramu for remkaing a classic in the first place. So take your baap and beta philosophy out on ramu's head.
