First of all, u all people r only partially correct in voting SRK as the most over-rated actor....yes he is/was over-rated even after some of his ridiculous movies like OSO, Guddu, Ram-jaane, DON,etc. %u2026.but the same Khan gave us gr8 movies like DDLJ (the evergreen), Swades, chak de, Veer Jaara, etc%u2026%u2026 %u2026..the ratings/over-rating is all bcoz of media or the distributors %u2026.who hype the movie even if it%u2019s a piece of crap (E.g Saawariya, OSO)%u2026%u2026%u2026as we look around the current actors, very few of them has come-up the hard way like SRK, first thru some the endearing TV series like Fauji, Aakhri Keval, Circus then entering in movies thus elevating the intensity of performance in his movies like Darr (Unforgettable performance), Baazigar%u2026%u2026.if we look-around, now-a-dayz the only new face we see in the movies is the son/daughter/sister/brother of some past actors, it doesn%u2019t matter if they have possess any acting skill or not, Best examples %u2013 Fardeen khan, Zayed khan, Tushar kapoor, Esha deol, Ranbir kapoor, Sonam kapoor & u%u2019ll lose count%u2026%u2026. so at least we can thank that SRK doesn%u2019t belong to those set of actors who have their maa/baap/chacha/chachi/nana to influence their entry into Bollywood%u2026%u2026plzz don%u2019t forget even the current good ones too had some way or the other had some influence to get their ticket to Bollywood Hritik %u2013 Son of Rakesh Roshan Aamir khan - He is a descendant of Lat

What you are saying is again partially true. First of all I don't really see why this s/o-d/o actors/actresses came into this. It is a simple question which needs a simple answer and a little justification for ur choice. Even after u have wrote this much the fact "is" that SRK is the most over rated actor. There is a reason why so many people say so and u can't question them.
Remember being s/o-d/o actor/actresses bring an added burden. People compare them with their fathers/mothers. People who are of the first generation have nothing to lose. If they win they can boast of doing it alone. And those who coudn't...well who remembers them then?
