Can any one tell me what this all about and why SRK name is taken so very much. When rediff it self has not considered him in the list of actors.

Rediff does not consider him as he is technically not an actor.
But those who have reacted only because of claims from his stupid fans & biased media for who he is an actor who have not seen any body enacting oneself and are amused by SRK doing that over & over.
