The present movement of the TN Minister is surely a repetition of the old story of "fox who tried to catch the grapes many times, but he failed to touch the grapes, so he made a declaration THESE GRAPES ARE SOUR". The Minister must have invited some heroines to his house and they must have refused. That is the motive behind the present move.
