Dress code
by Vikris23 on Jan 30, 2008 12:50 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Generally in Corporates the following is a 'NOT Acceptable' Dress code.
Tank tops, sweatshirts, tee shirts, halter tops, bare midriffs, spaghetti tops, strapless or plunge cut blouses or dresses, shirts with writing or pictures printed on them

Beachwear, overalls, spandex or other form-fitting attire, and distracting or revealing clothes of any sort.

This can act like a guidance for a public function where "decent" dress code is expected

What is the big difference between a public function and a movie? In both cases public are the ones who attend so what difference does it make?

Its the ambience and environment. All of us are actors in our way, that doesnt mean we wear undies and goto a marriage or public meeting just because I wore at beach party with my friends who already saw me nude. The same friends of mine would redicule me.

Its not about Shriya (big fan of her shapes), but going to casual or in party wear to a public gathering is being out of sync. Especially the mumbaites (Suniel shetty in a southern awards function came with rags and unbuttoned fly, people were like where did this monkey (we are of same race) come from).
