Well i am a senior employee of an organisation which has employees from asia and europe..the attitude differece betn white and browns so profound dat sometimes you need to smoke it out....once had an argument with one of my junior obviously a gora he told me that white people are more evolved and thus have more brains so i better stop prying him...now da question i then started facing was .. that i heard of generation gap ...but this EVOLUTION GAP .. I heard for the first time then.

Hey, Nikhil, Have to admit you've been pretty lucky to be in an organization devoid of racism (though that comment on you being given 'special treatment' raises a few questions. :-)) However, you just can't ignore the fact that racism is an issue in many other organizations.
That being said, I agree with you to a large extent when you say that browns are self-disrespecting. In fact, 80% of this racial abuse problem stems from that. I know of many Indians who are just in awe of the white skin, eager to make them happy. Well, you do that and you are inviting abuse. Then there's no use crying foul later. As for colleagues trying to bully each other, well I don't think this attitude has anything much to do with the colour of your skin. Bullying and crab-mentality arises from insecurity and humans in general, in any part of the world indulge in it.
