i think the best dressed actress is PRIETY ZINTA.She really carries off well.

For getting dressed best, one should have a great body, so that the dress fits and looks great. Preeti's body is cylindrical from top to bottom( 32-32-32).
The best dressed actress according to me is Shilpa shetty, she has a marvellous figure and above that she has great dressing sense, let it be a saree or western outfit. it suits her.

yes Author, you're right. Shilpa is hot girl, Richard Gere could not control himself when he was standing next to her!
