On reading the title, i thought the best dressed means neatly deressed. Now the article suggests that rediff redefined the Best = shameless, vulgar etc. Excellent.

good on you kumar If all those who are for this kind of dressingup and feel it fine , could you all let the female members of your wear such dresses and post there photographs here. If you do I will fly to delhi the next day wear a slim bra and cammy nickers and prade in Cannought place for all of you to feast your eyes on me. show me what you all are made of.
