I think Mr Gopalan is from Tamilnadu, he should be aware that there is no pathetic place than chennai, because, in places like banglore, mumbai and hyderabad, everyother person is welcomed but in chennai not. So even if banglore is not accepting other cinemas, doesnt make much difference, because atleast other language people are accepted unlike chennai. Grow up dude!

Dear Praveen,

I think its high time , u looked around u. aving been in both places, i do not accept ur idea of chennai. Even in bangalore, u guys have become language phobic. This false sense of insecurity suddenly arising out of BEING a kannadiga is alarming. Maybe its bcoz u kannadigas have woken up to realise that people from andhra and chennai are dominating all field in IT and Automobiles in bangalore. So just to keep ur identity, i find kannadigas resorting to cheap tactics like waging a war against movies of other languages / talking only in kannada etc. Simply pathetic. Instead of blindly writing mails, its better if people looked at devloping their talent in karnataka because in terms of infrastructure, IT , education AND OTHER FIELDS, tamilians and andhra people have gone way beyond. If u think it is my personal argument, then dont worry..just refer economic times or Business india..which carry reports of development of the above states.

Your ideas about Chennai are outdated. with so many software companies multinationals, auto giants like Hyundai, Leyland, chennai is quite cosmopolitan. An indian does not need welcome to go anycity and work. Right?
