I agree fully with you. Whatever happened to the Yash Raj of Deewar, Kala Paththar (perhaps Amitabh's most underrated performance), Trishul or even Kabhie Kabhie. Their movies are bloddy so regressive of late that one doen't feel like knowing about them (but thanks to strange media-philia with Yash Raj camp one has them being promoted unabashedly). For example, here is a list of impecably wrapped shits (take your pick): Dil To Pagal Hai, Mohabattein, Veer Zara, Neil & Nicki, Salaam Namaste......
