Beauty is all important for a model but not for an actress. Ash does look stunning but where are her acting skills? Mere hype and publicity will not make her India's top heroine, only good acting will. She has given duds for 5 years now whereas Preity & Rani are getting hits with fantastic performances. And please don't even compare today's lot of heroines with Rekha. Even today, she is a class apart. Even after 50 years of age, you can see her mesmerizing skills in just one song in Parineeta. I sincerely hoped that JP Dutta would give Umrao Jaan remake a miss because it would be doing injustice to a Classic.

Ofcourse there is no comparison between Rekh and Aishwara as Umrojaan because Aishwaray is supreme in acting compared to Rekha. Rekha does't have too many hts by herself except with BIG B. Pairing in the movies with all the other actors besides BIG B has been average to flop and she had no chance to become a top rated heroine if she would have not got the support of BIG B as a leading man.
Ash has her own personality and choice of movies. She has been to hollywood and has become an all time favourite Indian Film person in Hollywood. Everybody is running to cast her in their movies like WILL SMITH, Micheal Douglas. She doesn't want to become a hollywood star and that why she refused the movies with them. Now she has concentrated in Bollywood, and she has already created histoty by getting good previews of her film "UMRAO JAAN" everywhere. ASH as an "UMROA JAAN" will break all the records of women oriented films in bollwood and that my word. She will win all the AWARDS for 2006 and nobody can even dare to touch her perfromance of 'UMRAO JAAN".
NOBODY can beat "ASH" in "UMRAO JAAAN" I mean NOBODY.
