I am wondering on the organizers' motivation of inviting Bipasha for such a cerimony. She is famous for shedding cloths, but what else? Things will go bad when the motivation itself is bad...

I agree with U. The motivation was not good. The parade went nice, because their motive was good. I agree it is hard to get Independence related personality for parade, but getting Bipasha ? The motive was not good.
