Tamils are skilled but do not like to move to other parts due to Hindi.Hence they will work hard in their state w/o creating any problems. Decent salary in the home state is a great thing without any labour militancy & ready to work hard. Work hard for 6 days and watch movies in the weekend and relax. In turn the employer gets the benefit. Ideal win win area. In fact not knowing Hindi enables the state's progress

I also like Tamils. They work very hard, six days a week, 12 hours a day. You just tell them and they do it. All, you need to do is to tell them. Do this and Do that. And, if you gift them few Rajni movie DVDs, they are ever so grateful. They can really enjoy their Sundays wathcing comic Rajni actions for the Nth time
