In a civil society any person or a civil society group could approach the supreme court seeking legal remedies in cases where public interest is at stake.

Dhoni's present form is questioned by a minister in his state itself (Mr. Lalu Prasad) who told the media that Dhoni is fearing of taking dare devil shots!! may be he has matured enough to get this award
