U R the most uncivilized person on earth for making such statement. UP and Bihar is not in WB and here it is case of WB. You better get civilized first, study something about Indian geography.
Later teach any other part of country to become like land of Telgis, Dawood, Rajan, Gawli, Shohrabuddin, Mudliyars, JJ, NK etc. etc.

dear anand, with due respect for freedom, i would appreciate if you can show some feeling of compassion towards people who are suffering. It is very unfortunate to drive hatered to such a low level.
