I would beg Tatas to come to Kerala to operate Nano factory.. But the same time you should not expect to work 365 days or even 300 days in a year.. Work will happen only 60 days in a year out of 30 will be hartal or bandh and the reamining will be vehicle protest land protest etc.. You have to give 80% sake to Kerala govt ruled by communist.. you have to appoint all the party nominated candidates for the leading posts.. if party ask you to reduce the price still.. you may have to come down to 65k or less.. you will be given land for yearly basis.. if you dont accept the govt in any given time.. tatas will be sealed by communist party.. YOu should not use kerala's water for any of your plant's operation but to bring water from elsewhere... you can give contract for this to China preferably.. the board of directors of this plant will be operated by either Pinarayi Vijayans' relative or CM's. YOu will have to expect kerala police will be patroling your site day and night and would ask for bribes otherwise you will have to expect Lathi charge.
Please shift tata to kerala especially to Kannur near Vismaya park where you could get more land.
In India we cant do anything.. this was a dream project and it would have sparked and sold this car to the entire world.. but unfortunate we cant do it.. in the whole., somebody else especially China will make the version of Nano before Tata launches..

Please come to kerela & repeat the whole drama in a different way in the another red commie state which is on the way of distruction by the red fundamentalist n Nano project will be delayed by another 1 year
