I will very greatefull to Mr Ratan Tata. Kindly Come on Bihar for Neno Project. We are waiting. Here is All facility will provide by Bihar Government.

Ofcourse it would be a better choice. And I think Mr. Nitish Kumar should also approach but not like what happend in Singur. Land should be provided to them but not cultivable land.

Yes Tata should go to Bihsr River Kosi will give enough water and Laoo his henchmen, other Biharis their management skills in Kidnapping & Ransom extraction
