Bad decision to start anything in WB

Why on first place Tata's started this plant in WB ??. They should have chosen TN, Maharashtra or Karnataka ..

No more Maharashtra or Karnataka. Now industry should go to MP, Orrisa, Rajsthan etc., so people need not to migrate.
