Being an indian heart does not mean you will abuse others? We indian start beleiving that it is govt. responsibility only to maintain this country of 100 crore be it from small thing like maintaing public places, people dont hesitate urinate on the road or big thing like petrol prices. people like you are really a burden on this country.
