If he got money enough to buy a car, he must have commitment enough to contribute to the nation's good. The government should feel no hesitation to impose an annual differential petroleum surcharge of, say, Rs 5,000 crore, on his cars. With his cars on the road, this will yield crores to the public exchequer.
