One of the most stupid article, talking abt out-of-box thinking, but thinking is still confined to deep inside a box. Oil wells will dry sooner than later, hence this imposing taxes/levies etc is a foolish solution. We have to move fast into alternate fuels and energy sources, develop solar, wind, hydel and hydrogen fusion. Move to electric cars and if we have visionary leaders, capture the world market in 10 years from now. Rememeber Indira, she felt that mobiles were a luxury and people had to pay rs 20 / min, if she had any vision, we wud be churning out millions of mobiles in india today and supplying to the world.
