Give petrol subsidy only to SC/ST/OBC

The govarment should only give subsidy on petrol to SC/ST/OBC and weaker sections. Other people should pay market rate.

enough of this sc/st/obc nonsense.. havnt we all suffered enough on account of this ?? any why should non sc/st/obc suffer.. when we are all indians with the same rights..
