The Articles and research needs to be respected as many of the Managers looks for thier own benefits and many of the IT companies employees dont know if there is any HR Team exisits. One Fine day when Central staffing asks an employee to do or join some team withour recognising the potential of the candidate. The employee has to look for an other option so that he is on his right skillsets. When employee get the offer then All of sudden from Heaven HR and other team will rush to prevent the loss. The world dont understand why these people dont understand when employees are in hand and are resspected.
It is great article and Appreciate the efforts on this research.
Employees leaves the company not becuase he dont want leave but because of his Manager.

Yes, I do agree 100%. I strongly beleive that one (not only IT guys... ) needs to work smart :-) and not work hard :-(. Bcos Gonna the days working very hard Funda.One need to work SMART and at the same time we need to work with PASSION.So SMART PASSION combination formula will defenitely work for us though you are not getting any recognition from so called ---> "IT In-Dust-Tree" . I am very sorry to say the above word or sentence.IT guys---> Your feedback to my feedback is welcome !!
