Indian IT companies - do they really care?

i have seen that most Indian IT companies operate in "all business need no technology need" mode. all they care abt is whether they are satisfying their main center in Us or Europe or their clients in India. They do not really care whether the work done by an employee is good quality work or not. Whether it will be really useful for the company or not. They just care whether the immediate need of the customer has been taken care of or not. This Indian Baniya mindset is there since thousands of years. Only time some real innovation was done in Indian soil was when the Vedas were scripted. But even those were actually caarried from foreign soil by the incoming Aryans. So.....

I suppose you must try to get your facts straight and not approve the British mentality - divide and rule. Aryans did not come from somewhere, we were always here. Aryan invasion theory is completely discredited, even a simple search on google will get you the info.
