A warning about real estate brokers
by buzzer on May 19, 2008 05:38 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Hello everybody,

This episode would caution prospective buyers. Two "real estate brokers" in Vikhroli, Mumbai, had set a broker firm called Singh & Sinha Estates.

The outward activity was - identify property for buyers and sellers for the usual commission.

The actual activity was -
IDENTIFY THE PEOPLE HAVING CASH ( ACCOUNTED OR UNNACCOUNTED ) OR GOOD LIQQUID ASSETS AND PASS ON THE INFORMATION ABOUT THEM TO CHHOTA SHAKEEL'S GANG. IT IS SAID THEY HAVE OPERATED FOR OTHER GANGS.
ONCE THE INFORMATION ON ADDRESS, FAMILY MEMBERS, AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY HAVE ( THIS IS FOUND OUT WHEN THEY CONFIRM THE PROPERTY THEY WISH TO PURCHASE ), THE GANG ACTS BY KIDNAPPING ONE FAMILY MEMBER FOR RANSOM.

IN FACT NOW IT IS THAT MANY OTHER BROKERS HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS TRADE - ACTING AS DATABASE OR INFORMER FOR UNDERWORLD.

DO NOT DEAL WITH REAL ESTATE AGENTS IF YOU CAN. IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE THEN SELECT THEM VERY VERY CAREFULLY! OR YOU WILL LOSE WHATEVER YOU HAVE.

MOST IMPORTANT - IT HAS STARTED IN BOMBAY. SOON IT WILL HAPPEN IN YOUR CITY/TOWN AS WELL, GUYS!!

SO ---- AVOID BROKERS.

This is shocking.
It appears we have very few people to trust.
But then , there must be an alternative to avoid this.
