Somebody in India had thought that by way of taxation a rich guy can be made poor and hence there will not be any gap between the rich and poor. All please remember "salary comes after reducing taxes, but expenses go after adding taxes so the same money is taxed twice which is Unconstitutional"

I do agree with this opinion. Income tax need to be abolished. Better tax compliance is while spending. Only a small percentage of Indian Income is taxed. Cash transactions need to be reduced. Payment thru bank/credit card has to made compulsury for all payments above say Rs.10000. If the ministry dare to do this, the prices will come down. Inflation will be at surpsisingly low levels. Petrol should not be given abainst cash.

Correct, the salary class suffers the most. If we add the tax both on our salary as well as the amount of tax we pay on the goods consumed, we are paying in excess of 50% of our salary as our taxes.
