the above conditions arnt only for low B-school passouts....this is happeneing even for those passed out with a globally recognized degree from authourized centers....people r jobless coz orgs say they want experienced candidates....how can someone be experienced unless they get an opportunity???? also...now-a-days when candidates r ready to quit even after they have been tied up with bonds having monetary terms n conditions..so the orgs need to check out for new n valid startegies to retain their new n old employees which will b of benefit to both the org n the employees..
