one should be worried about the situation. the much hyped indian employment boom, just causing failure to confidence and health of the employee and over earning company spending lods of money after professionals for doin nonprofessional things... it just shows the ill development of the countrey... will there be self improvisations, or one has to raise his voice for this? thats the point to discuss..
