I remember NRN(Infosys Mentor) giving a speech in 2002 saying atleast 2-3 generations of India need to sacrifice their need( working 16-18 hrs a day) to make a better India for the future.Westerners too have gone through bad phases of World Wars. John Shuley (Pepsi and Apple's marketing genius) have to go through the same situation of carrying bottled cans of pepsi!!Being A good manager means you are aware of needs of people right from top to the bottom and thats how you build an organization. The work is never cheap, its the people who are cheap. IN US, Aus etc even toilet cleaner gets more salary than the average person working there. India has an past history of hierarchy which cannot be broken in 50 years.Rediff readers are atleast discussing on issues, there is majority of working class that don't even touch these healthy discussions let alone read the day to day news.
