icici bank is one of them.
blood sucking bank

1) 80 hr per week workhrs
2) unrealistic sales targets expected from am 1 and 2
3) less pay

many people get selected in campus and think now they will have a happy life not knowing they r in for a shock.

very few can survive in icici

also with subprime and huge npa now icici wont give payhikes and promotons so what the hells to do wth that 22K in hand they offer to am 1.

even call center wala gets 16k.

ps: i am ex icici am 1

Compare it with SBI and then make a reality check. Our nationalised banks were known for criminal neglect of their customers (the stakeholders) to fatten the bellies of their employees. It is due to this fact that a country the size of small Indian state, Japan, lends money to India.

Change man. This is change and it is coming. ICICI was the begining....and it's certainly not the end.

There is nothing like a "hidden charge" if we append our signature after reading what the paper carries. It is all there. Only thing is we don't read before we sign...

That's why they have crores of NPA given to VIPs....all locked up. Shut factories, gobbled up warehouses, the high and mighty have been robbing the country with hands, tongues, legs, and what not....These banks didn't give 10000 rs loan to common man, but doled out lakhs to VIPs to set up rice mills, cold storages, cinemas...that never were!!!!
