Yes, parents who were public sector employees make a hullabaloo when their children are put to such jobs. Opportunity is called "torture". Moving about in streets asking for bank accounts is a banker's job not a policeman's. We have to destroy our self created stereotypes. Once you are in an organisation, you have to work for it. Like a Lt. Col has to march ahead of his foot-soldiers in a battlefield. If army officers start saying,"Oh we didn't qualify the CDS or SSC for this...what will happen."
I again say change is coming. We will have to sweep our own floors, wash our clothes, and do everything....that is how it is everywhere else in the world.
