EXACTLY, NOW A DAYS THE MULTI TASKING SYSTEM HAS RUINED THE WORKING SYSTEM OF SOME PRIVATE COMPANIES ENDING UP TO DO RIGHT FROM PEON's JOB TO MARKETING.

Frankly, there is place for peon in a democratic country. "Peon" is the creation of British Imperialism. There is no such thing in UK. There is no peon for Tony Blair now. Imagine any of our former PMs and their lifestyles not to talk of the sitting ones...
When Vajpayee dropped a few papers mistakenly at the time of Indian-US summit in Delhi in 1999, Bill Clinton bent and picked it up for him...!!!

You have to get up for your glass of water, to get your papers signed, ask for the guest/customer to come in, make your own tea or coffee. Peons are vanishing. That's why we don't have pot-bellied officers in private sector.

And look for yourself at the figure structure of any public sector officer...the moment he retires, he dies of heart attack. Reason...the cushion culture of public sector vanishes.

We must see both sides
