Indian Work Place

This is nothing, there are hordes of example of so called private limited comanies duping youngsters, by not giving them appointment letters, salary slips, TDS. They exploit people for thefact that a person who has migrated from backwaters of India has no other option than contintuing in the current job. Most of the so called big companies ask for MBAs with at least three years experience for entry level jobs. Moreover, as organization do not want to invest resources or time on tarining so people dont get learning at all. Average Indian worker works 10-12 hrs in a day, add to it the long commuting hours in metro citiesand people are not left with any quality time for self development.

Government is blinking eyes on these social issues how people of India in corporate world being exploited to work forcefully over 10 to 12 hours a day. THis is crime against humanity and against labour laws of the country. But law enforcing agencies are not nothered of all this issues at all. I work in Afric and Middle East soem of my friend work in Europe adn US they experience only 8 hours day adn maximum 40 hours week working. Annual vacation is compulsory and so many ristrictions. But India is playground of all illlegal and unethical non human practices of mideval age. India is practing miseval age HR pratices in 21 st century and every one is silent is irony.
