Stupid answer............i suppose u did not understand the rediff message. It states that she was re-paying back the loan which she took for her father but she was harrased by her superiors / employers by cutting down her incentives and increasing her daily working hours. Moreover, loans may be required depending on the situation like hospitalization / unforseen circumstances etc.
