Hi, I am Sinoj Joseph Working as a Banker in UAE.First of all let me tell you one thing the above mentioned cases are may be right or wrong,If Smitha is going for door to door sales,I belive thats the best learning Experience in Marketing.If she continues atleast for an Year I belive she will be the Team Leader for the next year and the career goes on......... I belive that the first steps is alway will not be the smooth one.I have done only Graduation in Computers after Graduation I joined in one of the famous pvt bank as Investment Advisor that too not in their Direct rolls.But after 4 Years I can proudly say that the experience learned from that Bank is made me into Middle Management Position in UAE Bank. So nothing more to say..World is becoming more and more competetive...So to build up a good career,Smitha you should suffer a lot.....

I surly agree with you in this regards. MBAs dream of golden jobs as consultants or financial analyst, but they don't even know ABCs of what's there in the Market or the real world.
