Big MNCs always suck majority of times

Iam a CSE Engineer from indians top Engineering college REC/NIT, but still the case is same with me too. It not necessary that it happens with only low grade colleges.
In indian IT sector is dominated by service sector and Support. every where its mere customer service...and more of mere bull shit of mere talking on phone and doing monotonous routine , where application of brain is just 0%, which doesnt require any knowledge at all and graduation is totally out of requirement. But still people in india do it because graduates are available in plenty and indians are happy with the penny that they get and many shy away from competitions and are happier comparing thier economy with thier parents days.
its not only at the entry level or development work people, its true even with management jobs in india.
All the managers who are working for US based companies here are mere puppets, and shake thier head for what ever is given to them and never negotiate and are hardly good enough to crack a deal on thier own. All thier power goes on only with the labourers at india and it hardly has any impact with the clients, foriegn delegates or any where effective. Over a point of time when u realise all these i feel its all bull shit. YOu really can't grow and are often under employed and can't do what u are potentila of and what u wish to. MNC are no way great.
Small india based start ups are better, where u have freedom , growth and satisfaction for what we do , just in par to ur abi

I too am a graduate from NIT in ECE, and what you said is perfectly true and I faced it. Though i was lucky to get out of the mess pretty soon. As far as services industry is concerned, the scenario will be pretty much everywhere. We dont get the opportunity to work with product based companies. In the IT, its all testing / support etc. But there are lots of start-ups coming up, which provide tremendous learning opportunities, but the issue there is over-expectations of the employer, lack of job security, ruining of personal life. Though all the above mentioned factors get offset by one thing...knowledge. Another thing is Engineers are available in abundance, hence value is getting deteriorated day by day. lets hope India gets some good product based companies in future .

The Whole problem is due to unfair distribution of wealth & Feudal mindset of the society at large
