I have done my MBA from one of the premier institute in South India, worked for 4 Years and came to US when my family migrated. After reaching US,due to certain constraints, I had to join for a MS in Management in a prestegious University in US. Some facts I realized during my education in India and in US are
1) In India Summer Internship is not Mandatory 2) More focus on class room teaching 3) The image the institute projects to get into a Managerial job without having a shopfloor knowledge on the Industry and its products/ services. 4) Most of the Managerial positions and works assosiated need experience and exposure rather than an MBA degree 5) Lack of well trained and experienced faculty 6) Lack of Industry relations and knowledge transfer from experts in the industry. 7) Lack of effort from the graduate.
In US most of my collegues has more than 5 Years experience in the field, which make them more adaptable and thereby increase the opportunity to land in a lucarative career.Only after getting a real work experience should we go for an MBA, as most of the institutes here say that you are making a very big investment, both time and money for a BETTER CAREER

i think you should do another couple of MS degrees followed by a Ph.D then you will be on par with your US colleagues. You will have more to compare between india and US.

You resemble a mad dog with dysentry. You seem to be leaving your shit at every comment. If you cannot give a good comment then do not mess other coments with your goo.
