As per the law no company can take any bond or security deposit or training fee from its own employees. Smita should have sued the company and made a lot more money. Shows how little she learned from her MBA course.

Yes...All the companies including top IT companies take freshers with bond only...Its not just Banks/BPO cos...Generally these guys are free after 2 yrs and the bond is released...
